We are a small startup in the process of expanding our team. Looking for a pure techie who can manage our projects and product development from start-to-finish. He should be passionate about software engineering and self-sufficient.
Should be willing to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and should not hesistate to coding. The candidate will be a key person in the company.
Responsibilities include -
- Lead the project right from the scratch, following the SDLC
- Help to augment the team
- Be a visionary, should be able to think-out the box
Requirements
- Expertise with J2EE, Java, n-tier web architecture and Webservices
- Experience with Databases – Oracle and mySQL
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with mobile technologies, financial domain
Compensation
- Negotiable

Someone who has all the skills you list in your comment, and is therefore pretty extraordinary in skill level and ability, isn’t going to respond to some anonymous gmail address. Think about it.
At the least provide a url for your startup so they can take a look at who is behind your startup, who is funding you etc. Skilled programmers have more job offers than they can seriously evaluate from everyone from google downwards. If you want skilled people you need to do more than list some generic requirements.
